The program combines creative practices, visual art, and graphic design with knowledge of sustainability to prepare you for a profession as a visual communicator with a diverse set of graphic and conceptual tools.

The master's programme in Integrated Product Design teaches students how to create sustainable products, services, systems and business models. In one of two distinct specialisations, students either explore product, service and system design in relation to users and markets, or management of innovation and product development processes. Graduates have the expertise for careers in a wide range of industrial and business sectors.

Students in this programme will conduct individual industrial design projects, participate in workshops and contribute to the creation of knowledge within the field of design. By organising exhibitions, seminars and workshops, you will communicate your work and participate in the public debate. Students will become authorities in their chosen subject and the programme encourages the in-depth debate and deliberation of the discipline. Upon completion of the programme, students will be well-prepared to continue these discussions as designers, entrepreneurs, design coordinators, managers or researchers. Alumni have gone on to successful careers at companies such as Google, IKEA, Sony, Tetra Pak, Husqvarna, Electrolux, H&M, as well as to PhD studies.

The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree in Food Innovation and Product Design (FIPDes) is a two-year academic programme in the field of food science and product development offered through cooperation between five European universities. Graduates will be able to take on the huge challenges and opportunities in the sector of food innovation, product design and packaging. They will typically either start their own manufacturing or consulting business, find positions either in their country or in a national branch of a major international food brand, or they will return to academia as doctoral students within the food/innovation field.

Students graduate with advanced knowledge, skills and competencies within the area of energy-efficient and environmental building design in heating-dominated climates. Our goal is to train highly skilled professionals who will significantly contribute to and influence the design, building or renovation of energy-efficient buildings and relating to renewable energy supplies, taking into consideration the architecture and environment, the inhabitants’ behaviour, needs, health and comfort, as well as the overall economy.
